To transmit your meter readings to us, you only need the System ID from the Sigenenergy app.
How to find your System ID:
1. Open the Sigenenergy app and tap on Settings.
2. Then, tap on the three dots (...).
3. You will find the System ID under Basic Information.
4. Enter this ID in our app to add your device.
Activating battery storage control
1. Set your Sigenergy system to self-consumption.
2. Activate the AI battery control by tapping on your Sigenergy system in our app -> Control Settings -> Activate AI Control.
Afterward, the operating mode should be set to "NBI-Planung-clever". This mode must be enabled for the control to function.
If you have accidentally changed the operating mode, you can re-enable it by deactivating and then reactivating the AI control in our app.
