It may happen that you are no longer listed under the BKW tariff, even though you operate a balcony power plant. This occurs if your system produces enough electricity that it no longer meets the requirements for the BKW tariff. In this case, you will be automatically moved to our free tariff.
If this change occurred in error, for example because you have modified your system, you can easily resolve this: Delete the electricity meter in the app and add it again as a balcony power plant.
