We support the Sonnenbatterie from generation 8 onwards.
Open our app, select [Sonnen] as the device, and click [Continue].
Create an API Key if one does not already exist.
You will then be shown a URL, which you can easily copy to your clipboard using [Copy URL].
To use the Sonnen Batterie Webhook API, you must first identify the IP address of the battery in your local network. The battery can be found in your router and is named SB-123456. Entering this IP address into your browser will take you to the login window:
Select User as the username. The password can be found on the rating plate on the side of the battery (initial password).
Once logged in, select the following in the side menu or the context menu in the top right corner:
1. On small screens, select [Software Integration] (1).
2. Then click on the [Webhook API] (2) tab.
3. Check the box [✓] for [Active] (3).
For the type, [Latest Data] must be selected.
4. Finally, paste the URL you copied from our app at the beginning into the [Endpoint] field (4) and click [Save].
Now return to our app.
After a short moment, the current data will be displayed, and the setup can be completed.
